![]() ![]() Wonderfully dramatic new class aside, Endwalker is also setting the stage for some pretty big changes to the game’s ongoing quests and future prospects. While exact details remain to be seen, it appears as though Sages will have a focus on buffing the defensive capabilities of squadmates through magical barriers and AOE moves. ![]() Seen here in a new trailer, players who occupy the role of a healer will have a new class to enjoy with the introduction of Sage, a mainstay from the overarching Final Fantasy mythos. I know it's technically TAS level to do this but knowing all the frame data should help execute better.Įdit: Apparently if you input the next dash on frame 21 it will cancel momentum, so you need to input it exactly one frame after the animation ends if you want to keep going backwards.Like the previous expansion packs before it, Endwalker will massively expand the scope of the game’s narrative and mechanics with a brand new class headlining the update. So after walking and turnaround dash we have this:ĭash 1: This is the first frame of dash and can't input anything yetĭash 2 - 3: This two frames you input down and away in the stick (if you dont input two frames of this before holding away it will make fox turn, so if you delay the moonwalk one frame because humans are not that fast it would be frames 3 and 4)ĭash 4 - 21: You hold away during this framesĭash 1: Input a dash in the same direction ![]() Let's begin with fox's dash frame data: Fox's dash is 21 frames long and you can only input another dash in the same direction in frame 21 (the last one before dash ends) but we are not using this frame (see edit note). I'm rechecking frame data using Action State Display now (Y+dpad down). The logic being that the control stick is jump out of shine, and the C-stick cancels the jump into up smash, obviously. It's really a shine jump cancel up smash, which is why it's imperative to get the two flicks really close together and to make sure the control stick flicks first or else you'll just jump(I think?). Here's some steps:įlick up on the control stick within 4 frames of shine.įlick up on the C-stick immediately after the control stick. Regarding your question with shine upsmash. What comes next is practicing not letting your finger slip when you have to tap to start the next moonwalk. If you can input it right before he turns, you can get max length link assuming your moonwalks are in good form. ![]() Now when you try to link them, input another moonwalk just before falcon would turn around otherwise. Hold the direction of your moonwalk until falcon turns around. The trick to getting the linking down is to: I'm going to assume that with falcon you can moonwalk at least once. I can't really help you with the spacies' moonwalk ATM. My moonwalks with spacies are mediocre, but I honestly just walk one direction, SMASH the other direction and do that almost-half-circle. ![]()
