![]() ![]() I couldn't reach the 'file0' file with AnkiWeb, so I manage to find it with the explorer, then copy it on my desk. I had to quit AnkiWeb and start it again. I decided that since I use the app everyday, it is worth spending the money for Anki, because it has much more to offer, so I bought it yesterday, but I am having quite a big problem with my decks. The 'Import from Ankiapp' tool was not directly available after I had download the add on. To prevent that, the add-on fills all empty fields with a non-breaking space. Hi there Ive been using Ankiapp, a knockoff, yet free, version of the Anki (which is like 23 pounds in the appstore) for the past year. AnkiApp doesn't seem to keep any info on the positions of note type fields, so an empty field will causeĪnki to refuse to import its note if it happened to be imported as the first field.Grab a cup of coffee while waiting for importing to finish. ![]() Run Anki and go to Tools > Import From AnkiApp and choose AnkiApp's database file ( C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\AnkiApp\databases\file_0 on Windows ~/Library/Application Support/AnkiApp/databases/file_0/1 on macOS).As confusing as this might sound, AnkiApp is not part of the official Anki ecosystem of apps and services.Rather, it was developed by a different group of people years after Anki had been established as the leading open-source spaced-repetition flashcard app. For that, go to AnkiApp, click on each of your decks, then click on the Download button at the bottom if it's shown. It looks like you are asking a question about AnkiApp. ![]()
